小针刀松解联合痛点阻滞治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床观察

目的探讨小针刀松解联合痛点阻滞治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法 80例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为小针刀松解联合痛点阻滞组(A组)和小针刀松解组(B组),每组40例。两组均以每周治疗1次,3次为1个疗程。采用疼痛视觉模拟评估法(VAS)对治疗前后VAS评分进行统计分析。结果①疼痛视觉模拟评估法(VAS)治疗前后比较:两组疼痛均较治疗前有明显缓解。②经治疗后,小针刀松解联合痛点阻滞组(A组)总有效率高于小针刀松解组(B组)。结论小针刀松解联合痛点阻滞可明显改善患者疼痛症状,其临床疗效优于小针刀松解。

Clinical Observation on Treatment to Transverse Process Syndrome of the Third Lumbar Vertebral by the Akupotomye Release Combined with Blockage of Pain Point

Objective To investigate the effecacy of treatment to transverse process syndrome of the third lumbar vertebral by the akupotomye release combined with blockage of pain point.Methods 58 cases of transverse process syndrome of the third lumbar vertebral were randomly divided into akupotomye release combined with blockage of pain point group（A group） and akupotomye release group（B group） by 29 cases in each group.Two groups were treated once in a week with 3 times for one treatment.Simplified Mc Gicl pain-questionnaire before and after treatment was used to evaluate for status of pain.Results compared with the treatment before,Post-therapy assessment index（PRI）,pain intensity index（PPI）,VAS scores of two groups were lower（P0.05）,and the PRI,PPI,VAS score of A group was lower than B group,but the cure rate is higher than the B group（P0.05）.Conclusion Akupotomye release combined with blockage of pain point to treat the transverse process syndrome of the third lumbar vertebral is clinical effective than akupotomye release.
