腹腔镜和小切口腹膜后高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的比较

【目的】对比评价腹腔镜与开放手术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效。【方法】采用腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术23例，开放手术小切口经腹膜后高位结扎术46例。术后随访6～18个月。【结果】两组在手术时间上无明显差异。腹腔镜组术后住院时间明显短于开放手术组。两组患者术后恢复快，随访无复发和睾丸萎缩。【结论】腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张，手术时间短，创伤小，恢复快，可同时处理双侧病变。

Comparison Between High Ligation by Laparoscopy and Mini-incision Retroperitoneal Approach for the Treatment of Varicocele

ObjectiveTo compare the therapeutic efficacy of spermatic vein high ligation by laparoscopy with that by mini-incision retroperitoneal approach for the treatment of varicocele. Laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein was performed in 23 cases and compared with that through open operation of mini-incision approach retroperitoneal in 46 cases. The patients were followed-up for 6 to 18 months.There was no significant difference in operation time between two routes of operation. But the duration of postoperative hospital stay in laparoscopic group was much shorter than that in group undergone open operation of mini-incision. All patients recovered rapidly after operation , no recurrence and atrophy of testis occurred during follow-up.Conclusion]Laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein has the advantages of short operative time, less injury, quicker rehabilitation and simultaneous treatment of bilateral lesions.
