| 摘 要： | 目的观察脑心通胶囊对犬急性心肌缺血的影响。方法采用结扎犬冠状动脉左前降支制造急性心肌缺血模型,脑心通胶囊犬十二指肠给药后以心外膜电图、血清LDH和CK活性的变化、TTC染色法确定心肌缺血范围及程度。结果脑心通胶囊能明显减轻心外膜电图标测的心肌缺血程度和心肌缺血范围,降低血清LDH和CK活性,缩小心肌梗死范围。结论脑心通胶囊具有抗犬急性心肌缺血损伤的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Naoxintong capsules on acute myocardial ischemia in dogs. Methods Model with acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligation of coronary arteries in dog. The epicardial electrocardiogram, CK and LDH activities in serum, degree and range of myocardial ischemia (TTC method) were examined to observe the effect of Naoxintong capsules on myocardial infarction after the duodenal administration. Results Naoxintong capsules could significantly alleviate the degree and range of acute myocardial ischemia in epicardial electrocardiogram, decrease the activities of serum CK and LDH, and reduce the area of acute myocardial ischemia according to TTC staining. Conclusion Naoxintong capsules possesses a protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in dogs. |
