| 摘 要： | 目的:评价缺血性脑梗死急性期溶栓治疗的疗效,促进缺血半暗带理论在临床实践中应用.方法:12例急性缺血性脑梗死患者,病程为2.5～8 h.行脑血管造影明确栓塞血管及部位.用重组组织纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂行动脉接触性或静脉溶栓.第3周末判定疗效.结果:基本痊愈6例,显著进步4例,无变化1例,死于急性心肌梗死1例.结论:急性缺血性脑梗塞的溶栓治疗是一种安全有效的方法,可明显改善患者的生存质量.

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinic effects of thrombolysis for acute ischemic cerebral infarction. Methods:Twelve patients were treated with thrombolysis using recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt PA). The time from onset to treatment was 2.5 to 8 hours. Ten patients were treated with intra arterial thrombolysis and 2 with intra venous thrombolysis. Results:Ten patients had good outcome. One patient had no change. One patient died of acute myocardial infarction. Conclusion:Thrombolysis is a safe and effective therapeutic method for acute ischemic cerebral infarction. |
