摘    要:多种能源互补发电协调运行逐步成为未来电力系统的发展方向,对其互补特性进行准确分析也显得尤为重要。结合多能互补发电系统的运行特点,利用互补系数将分系统评价与联合发电系统评价相结合,构建了适用于评价风光水互补特性的指标框架。基于该指标框架,以中国西部某省的风电场、光伏电站和水力发电站为例,对风光水互补发电运行特性进行了分析。结果表明,风光水互补发电系统的有功功率输出特性可以对系统负荷保持良好的跟踪,在日内时间尺度存在较强的互补性。

Abstract:The coordinated operation of multi-energy complementary power generation is gradually becoming the future development direction of power system, and it is also very important to accurately analyze the complementary characteristics of the power system. Based on the operation characteristics of multi-energy complementary power generation system, the evaluation of index characteristics analysis of hybrid wind-solar-hydro power generation system are constructed through the combination of sub-system evaluation index and complementary system evaluation index by the complementary coefficient. The index frame is constructed, which is suitable for the analysis of the complementary characteristics of hybrid wind-solar-hydro power generation system. Based on the framework, the characteristics of wind farms, photovoltaic power plants and hydroelectric power stations in Western China are analyzed. The results show that the active power output characteristics of hybrid wind-solar-hydro power generation system can keep the system load tracking well and have strong intraday complementarity.
