热解温度及气氛变化对神府煤热解产物分布的影响

摘    要:为阐明煤热解过程中,温度及气氛对神府煤热解产物分布的影响规律,采用程序升温法在固定床反应器上对N2,H2,CH4,H2-CO(2∶1) 等不同气氛下神府煤的热解行为进行了研究。结果表明,随着热解温度的升高,焦油产率呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,气体和水产率不断增加、半焦产率不断减少。不同气氛对焦油产率的影响为:H2>CH4>H2-CO>N2,气氛变化对气体和半焦产率影响较小,对水产率影响较大。热解温度对焦油4组分分布影响较小,均为芳香分>饱和分>胶质>沥青质,H2,CH4,H2-CO(2∶1)比N2气氛下生成更多的饱和分。随着热解温度的升高,N2气氛下气体产物中H2含量呈不断增加趋势,CH4含量先增大后减小,CO,CO2和C2~C4烃类气体含量逐渐降低;半焦的芳碳率fa、环缩合度2(R-1)/C和平均缩合环数R呈明显增加趋势,环缩合度较原煤有较大提高。相对于N2气氛,还原性气氛下,半焦的环缩合度和平均缩合环数增加,芳香层片间的距离降低。

Impacts of pyrolysis temperature and atmosphere on product distribution of Shenfu coal pyrolysis
Abstract:In order to clarify the influence of pyrolysis temperature and atmosphere on Shenfu coal pyrolysis product distribution,under N2,H2,CH4,H2-CO (2∶1) atmosphere,the pyrolysis process of Shenfu coal was carried out by temperature programmed method on a fixed bed reactor.The results indicate that with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the yield of tar increases firstly and then decreases,the yield of gas and water increase,the yield of char decreases.The influence of different atmospheres on the yield of tar is:H2>CH4>H2-CO>N2,it has little effect on the yield of gas and char,and large impact on the yield of water.Pyrolysis temperature has little effect on SARS of tar,the influence is that:aromatics> saturates> resin> asphaltene,under N2,H2,CH4,H2-CO (2∶1) atmosphere,it produce more saturates than under N2 atmosphere.With the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the amount of H2 increase,the amount of CH4 increase firstly and then decrease,the amount of CO,CO2,and C2-C4 hydrocarbon gas decrease;the aromaticity factor fa,ring condensation index 2(R-1)/Cand even ring condensation number R of char increased,the 2×(R-1)/C of char compared with coal is improved greatly.Compared with N2 atmosphere,the 2(R-1)/C and R of char increases,the mean interlayer spacing of the aromatic sheets decrease under reduced atmosphere.
