| 摘 要： | 1 高速精梳机的技术特点 1.1 工作原理 高速精梳机棉卷放在承卷罗拉上,随着张力轴的周期性摆动,给棉罗拉在每一钳次内定量地喂入一部分棉层,上下钳板闭合握持棉层,锡林梳理喂入棉层纤维的前端,在分离已被梳理的纤维前端时,运用顶梳梳理纤维后端.

| Abstract: | By using 3D software, a virtual prototype of combing machine is designed. After optimizing the design and key technologies, a physical sample machine is built up and put into a three-month trial run, during which period further improvements are made to ensure running stability. |
