摘    要:根据1 000 MW超超临界八角切圆锅炉的运行特性,在不同负荷点下,采取变配风方式、降低一次风参数以及合适的氧量控制等措施对锅炉进行燃烧优化调整试验。优化试验结果表明,燃烧优化后降低了送风机、引风机、一次风机的耗电量以及NOx排放质量浓度;锅炉的整体经济性得到提高,并增加了受热面管屏的安全裕量。

Abstract:According to operational characteristic of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical octagonal tangential boiler, this paper adopts measures such as changing air distribution way, reducing primary air parameter and proper oxygen content control to carry out optimization and adjustment testing for boiler combustion. Optimization testing result indicates that power consumption of the forced draught blower, induced draft fan and primary fan and NOx emission mass concentration are both reduced after combustion optimization. Meanwhile, the overall economy of the boiler is improved and safety allowance of the tube panel of heating surface is increased, too.
