富液式吸附隔板的研制

摘    要:研制了富液式吸附隔板 ,它是一种特殊的多组分纤维结构 ,既含有多种不同直径和适当长度的玻璃纤维组分 ,以保持玻璃纤维吸附式隔板所具有的主要特性 ,又含有一定数量的特制憎水PE纤维 ,为隔板提供了具有优良憎斥电解液能力的氧气专门通道。对该产品进行了多次组装富液式和贫液式电池的对照运行试验 ,结果证明 ,富液式吸附隔板与玻璃纤维吸附式隔板相比 ,电池在恒流充电的情况下 ,析气量前者不到后者的 1/2 ;在恒压充电的情况下 ,前者为后者的 1/6 ;在富液电池中 ,更显示出了它的优越性 ,前者的析气量不到后者的 1/10。本产品为解决目前贫液式VRLAB出现的早期干涸问题 ,提供了有效的技术途径和补救的技术措施。

Abstract:The flooded absorptive separator with a special multi composition fiber structure was developed. It contains either the glass fiber compositions with various diameter and appropriate length for maintaining the main characteristic of absorptive glass mat (AGM) separator or a certain amount of custom hydrophobic PE fiber for providing the special oxygen channel with excellent electrolyte hydrophobicity to the separator. Comparison operation experiments between the flooded battery and the electrolyte lean battery, both of which adopt the separator, were carried out. The results show that the evolution volume of the batteries with flooded absorptive separators is up to 2 times and 6 times less than that of the batteries with AGM separators when the batteries are charged at constant current and constant voltage respectively. The evolution volume of the flooded batteries with flooded absorptive separators is even 10 times less than that of the flooded batteries with AGM separators. The product provides a effective technical solution and a remedial technical method to solve the premature dry up of electrolyte in electrolyte lean valve regulated lead acid batteries.
