心理干预在小儿造血干细胞移植中的应用

目的探讨小儿造血干细胞移植病人常见心理问题及心理护理要点。方法回顾性分析24例造血干细胞移植患儿出现的心理问题及护理对策，及时做好心理疏导。结果患儿出现心理问题较多，通过心理护理干预，18例患儿积极配合治疗，取得满意效果；6例年龄较小患儿渴望父母陪伴，依从性相对较差。结论小儿造血干细胞移植环境的复杂性，较长的治疗期及移植结果的预感性等问题，都会直接影响到患儿心理，进而影响移植手术的成功与否，因而心理护理在小儿造血干细胞移植中尤为重要。

Application of psychological intervention to stem cells transplantation in pediatric hematopoietic

Objective To explore pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients common psychological problems and nursing points. Methods A retrospective analysis of 24 cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with psychological problems and nursing countermeasures, timely psychological counseling. Results Children had more psychological problems, psychological care through the intervention, 18 patients actively cooperated with the treatment, achieved satisfactory results. 6 cases of younger children were anxious of their parents accompany, and had relatively poor compliance. Conehmions Pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation environment complexity, long treatment period and feeling of transplantation results, will directly affect the children psychology, thereby affecting the success of transplantation operation, so the psychological nursing in pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is particularly important.
