渐开线少齿差行星传动的模糊可靠性优化设计

摘    要:根据模糊分析和运用可靠性设计的基本理论,结合最优化设计技术,提出了渐开线少齿差行星传动的模糊可靠性优化设计方法,在考虑了全部变量的随机性和离散性约束条件中含有模糊关系和模糊可靠度要求的情况下,以体积最小为目标建立了行星传动的模糊可靠性优化设计数学模型,并给出了优化方法及优化算例.

Abstract:According to the fuzzy analysis and the utilization reliability design elementary theory, and using the optimization design technology, this paper proposes fuzzy reliable optimization method with the involutes planetary gear drive with small tooth number difference. Taking into consideration the complete variable randomness and the fuzzy relationship and the fuzzy margin of safety request situation,it has established the planet transmission fuzzy reliable optimization design mathematical model, and has presents the optimization method and the result analysis.
