塑料薄膜压延过程的计算机仿真系统

摘    要:本文介绍了塑料薄膜压延的计算机仿真系统。通过建立纯粘性幂律流体压延过程的数学模型,以及各种物料的特性和压延过程主要机械的参数数据库,使用可用视化程序语言Visual Basic5.0,Access97等软件,开发完全基于Windows的塑料薄膜压延生产过程的仿真系统。本系统能近似地模拟压延工艺的过程,并预测压延加工条件的变化对产品的影响。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the simulating system for plastics film calender processing.The system,which was totally based on Windows operating system,was developed by means of visual program languages of Visual Basic 5.0 and Access 97,etc,and the system was developed by setting up the mathematics model of the calender processing of pure viscous power law fluid and the data base of all kinds of materials properties and the mechanical factors.So it could appropriately simulate the course of calender processing and forecast the effects of variation of processing method on product qualification.
