60PHB/PET共聚酯纤维的结构与性能

摘    要:将两种不同分子量(特性粘数分别为0.800dL/g和0.534dL/g)的60PHB/PET共聚酯在小型模拟纺丝机上挤压纺丝。通过物性测试对共聚酯纤维进行了结构与性能分析。结果表明:共聚酯纤维具有高结晶、高晶区取向及高分子链取向的高度规整的原纤化结构。这些结构特征赋予纤维具有超高拉伸模量及动态拉伸模量和低延伸、低收缩。

THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTY OF 60PHB/PET COPOLYESTER FIBER
Abstract:Two kinds of 60PHB/PET copolyester fibers with different molecular weights(their vicsosities are 0.8dL/g and o.534dL/g respectively)was spun on a pilot spinn-ing machine. Through physical test, the structure and property of the copolyesterfiber were analyzed. The results show that the copolyester fiber possesses high cry-stallinity, high orientation at the crystalline region and high regular fibrillar str-ucture. With these structural features the fibers have ultrahigh drawing modulusand dynamic drawing modulus as well as low extention and shrinkage.
