Abstract:In order to solve the problem of slow response speed and poor adaptive ability of the vehicle-mounted platform leveling control system,a mathematical model of the leg was established,and a fuzzy Proportional Integral Derivative(PID)control scheme based on Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)was proposed,for the leveling leg of a ball screw driven by a hydraulic motor.By combining the iterative optimization capability of the PSO algorithm,the quantization factor and scale factor in the traditional fuzzy PID controller were intelligently adjusted,and then the PID parameters were adjusted online through the fuzzy control.Simulink components were used to establish a model of the fuzzy PID control system based on the PSO algorithm for leveling legs.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control optimized by the PSO algorithm has better control accuracy and stability than the traditional fuzzy PID control and PID control.It can better improve the performance index of the system,meet the requirements of fast and efficient leveling,and provide a certain reference for the leveling control of the vehicle-mounted platform.
