摘    要:目的探讨树豆脂溶性部位(SDE)对糖尿病和肥胖小鼠骨密度及血脂水平的影响。方法 db/db先天糖尿病小鼠和ob/ob先天肥胖小鼠连续8周灌服SDE后,进行骨密度、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血钙(Ca2+)及血脂水平测定。结果与灌服溶剂空白的模型组小鼠相比,(1)灌服SDE的db/db和ob/ob小鼠胫骨骨密度明显增加(P<0.05),血清ALP水平明显下降(P<0.01),但血钙水平无明显改变;(2)灌服SDE的db/db小鼠血脂水平无明显变化,灌服SDE的ob/ob小鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)水平明显下降(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇(TC)和血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平明显下降(P<0.01)。结论 SDE能提高糖尿病和肥胖小鼠骨密度,并能改善肥胖小鼠的血脂代谢。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the effect of hydrophobic fraction of Cajanus cajan(L.) Millspaugh(SDE) on bone density and blood lipid level in diabetic and obese mice.Methods The db/db congenital diabetic mice and ob/ob congenital obese mice were orally administered with SDE for 8 weeks,bone density as well as serum TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,ALP and Ca2+ were measured.Results Compared to mice treated with vehicle,(1) SDE-treated db/db and ob/ob mice had greater bone density(P<0.05) and lower serum ALP level(P<0.01),with serum Ca2+ level relatively unchanged;(2) SDE-treated db/db mice had relatively unchanged blood lipid level,but SDE-treated ob/ob mice had significantly lower levels of TG(P<0.05),TC(P<0.01) and LDL-C(P<0.01).Conclusion SDE increased bone density in diabetic and obese mice,and improved lipid metabolism in obese mice.
