Abstract:Synergistic effect of Pb2+adsorption by tourmaline and microorganisms was investigated in a lab-scaled experiment.Microorganism used as bio-sorbent were B.subtilis and P.chrysosporium and their adsorption capabilities of Pb2+ were compared.Results showed that B.subtilis was worse than P.chrysosporium within the initial 130 min(a)t,but became better than the latter when the time elapsed to 400 min when pH was 5,and B.subtilis was much better than P. chrysosporium in terms of Pb2+adsorption under the conditio...
