先天性与后天性大鼠白内障晶体中游离氨基酸含量变化的研究

摘    要:用药物诱发大鼠先天性白内障动物模型,检测了晶体中18种游离氨基酸(FAA)含量,并与大鼠硒性和半乳糖性白内障晶体中FFA含量进行了比较,发现:仔一代和仔二代先天性白内障晶体中各FAA含量接近;先天性白内障晶体内,酪氨酸和羟脯氨酸含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);谷氨酸,甘氨酸等9种FAA明显低于硒性白内障(P<0.05);而酪氨酸高于半乳糖性白内障组,半胱氨酸等5种FAA含量均低于半乳糖性白内障组。同时还发现:硒性和半乳糖性白内障晶体内一些FAA变化与以往报道不同,这些现象提示先天性与后天性白内障病变过程可能不同。

Abstract:The drug-induced rat congenital cataract was used to study the quantitative changes of 18 free amino acids (FAA) in congenital cataractous lens. It has been found that there were similar alternation of all the FAA between the lst generation and the 2nd generation. The values of tyrosin and hydroxy-proline in congenital cataractous lens aged 50 days were significantly higher than that of normal group (P<0. 05). Compared with the selenium-induced cataract, most of the FAAs in congenital cataractous lens were lower, and the values of glycine, glutamic acid alanine ,cysteine, methionine, phenylalanine, hydroxy-proline, proline were lower significantly (P<0. 05). The values of glycine, glutamic acid, cysteine in congenital cataractous lens were significantly lower than that of galactal cataract (P<0. 05), but tyrosine was higher(P<0. 05). We also fonud that the values of some FAA in both selenium cataract and galactal cataract were significantly hihger than that of normal group, and there were also much difference on the values of some FAA between selenium cataract and galactal cataract. These results indicate that there are possibly different mechanism of occurance for inherited congenital and postnatal cataracts.
