摘    要:本文叙述了一种金属矿山全尾单管输送胶固充填新工艺.该工艺用全水胶固材料作固化剂,全尾砂作骨料;浓度60%~70%的充填料浆单管路自流输送到井下采场;料浆静置40分钟后初凝,不脱水便可凝结为固态充填体,12小时后可承载.该新工艺解决了胶结充填中高浓度料浆输送困难、中浓度料浆需脱水等难题,且工艺简单,效益好,有推广应用价值.

Abstract:A new technology of consolidated filling with single piping unclassified tail-ings in metals mines is described in this paper. In case of this technology, the full-water consolidating materials are used as consolidating agent, and unclassified tailings as aggre-gate; the filling slurry with a concentration of 60-70% gravitates to the underground stope through a single pipeline; the slurry will consolidate preliminarily after stilling for 40 min, and consolidate into the solid fillbody without dewatering, which can be loaded af-ter consolidating for 12h. Using this new technology can avoid the difficulties in piping the high-concentration slurry and the problems dewatering the medium-concentration slurry for cemented filling. This technology is simple and has a good benefit, thus it is of deploy-mental value.
