| 摘 要： | 目的评估近期内采用同伴教育手段对男男性接触(MSM)人群在预防、控制艾滋病方面的效果。方法 2010年3~10月对佛山市MSM人群采用艾滋病同伴教育行为干预手段,并分别对同伴教育前和同伴教育后的MSM人群相关艾滋病调查情况进行统计分析。结果同伴教育扩大了MSM各类人群干预覆盖面,总干预人数增加了184.01%,并成为主要干预手段;实施同伴教育前后该人群艾滋病知晓率均保持在较高水平,且同伴教育前后该人群高危性行为改变无显著性差异;同伴教育后检测人数上升,掌握该人群的H IV感染率为9.13%。结论短期内同伴教育对改变MSM的艾滋病高危行为的影响作用有限,但对扩大不同亚群MSM的干预规模以及提高该人群的艾滋病检测率具有积极推动作用,并为长期开展MSM艾滋病综合防治奠定了良好基础。
