Abstract:ZigBee-based wireless sensor network has an obvious advantage in the environmental monitoring of greenhouse. ZigBee network is capacious,low power consumption,easy to expand and supporting the self-organizing network. In this paper,the greenhouse environmental monitoring system is based on ZigBee. The text introduced the characteristic of ZigBee and the greenhouse environmental monitoring system,and designed the hardware and software of the master nod and terminal nod. The design structured a lager scope of the wireless sensor networks for real-time monitoring of the greenhouse environment.
