| Abstract: | Since Hengyang Yingde 21000 m^3/h air separation plant designed and manufactured by Hangyang is fixed with regular packed lower tower and additionally with argon recovery unit and its allocation of valves and pipes is optimized, the volume of cold box is obviously decreased, the operation energy consumption is reduced, load-variable range is widened, and the effect of saving energy and lowering consumption is realized. Here, the main performance indexes and the process organization scheme of 21000 m^3/h air separation plant are briefed and the technical features and operation particulars of main necessary components and the packaged air separation plant are detailed. |
