提高滨海新区供水系统管理水平的信息技术

摘    要:为保障天津滨海新区供水系统安全可靠、经济合理地运行,综合应用多种信息技术,实现供水工程的监测、报警与控制。滨海新区智能化安全供水系统、供水管网阀门自动控制系统和供水管网地理信息系统,是信息技术运用于供水业务,实现供水现代化管理的成功案例。分析了这些案例中具体信息技术的应用情况,并对供水系统中的信息技术应用进行了展望。信息技术的日趋成熟,将为供水行业的科学管理、远距离监测、调度、控制,以及各类信息的传递,提供更为快速、简便、经济、安全、可靠的手段。

Abstract:For the purpose of ensuring safe, reliable, economic and reasonable operation of water supply system for Binhai new area in Tianjin, integrated research and applications of information technologies were made to realize monitoring, warning and controlling of water supply works. Intelligent safety water supply system, automatic controlling system for valve of water supply network and GIS for water supply network are successful cases of applying information technology to realize modernization management of water supply. This article makes an analysis on application situation of specific information technologies in these cases, and gives an outlook to application of information technology in water supply system. Information technology has become increasingly mature, which will offer more rapid, convenient, economic, safe and reliable means for scientific management, remote monitoring, dispatching, controlling as well as information transmission of water supply undertaking.
