调整农田布局,增加耕地面积——高标准基本农田建设方案探索

当前,宁夏的高标准基本农田建设工程项目正稳步推进。对成熟灌区进行土地利用结构与布局的优化,提升高标准基本农田面积比重,实现集中连片,发挥规模效益,保证基本农田质量,完善田间基础设施,提高粮食综合生产能力,是高标准基本农田建设的重要内容。针对农田布局现状,积极探索了适应不同区域的规划方案,通过调整农田布局形式、改明沟排水为暗管排水,以增加有效耕地面积,提高土地利用率与产出率。

Adjusting Farmland Layout and Increasing Area of Arable Land--Exploration of Scheme for Construction of High-standard Basic Farmland

Presently the projects of high-standard basic farmland construction are being pushed forward steadily in Ningxia. They are the important contents for construction of high-standard basic farmland to optimize the structure and layout of the farmland use, increase the proportion of the area of the high-standard basic farmland, achieve centralized merge and bring the scale benefit into play, guarantee the quality of the basic farmland, improve the infrastructure of the farmland and upgrade the comprehensive grain production capacity. Aiming at the current layout of the farmland, the planning schemes suitable for different areas are explored. By adjusting the layout of the farmland and changing the ditch drainage into underground pipe drainage the effective area of the farmland could be increased and land utilization rate and productivity could be upgraded.
