| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例舌鳞状细胞癌及20例正常舌组织手术切除标本中VEGF与MMP-9的表达。结果 VEGF与MMP-9在舌癌中的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期者、MMP-9、VEGF的表达分别明显高于无淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅰ+Ⅱ期者(P<0.05)。舌癌组织中MMP-9与VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF和MMP-9在胃癌生长、侵袭和转移过程中起着重要作用,且二者之间可能存在协同作用。
