摘    要:综合国内大型锅炉燃用劣质煤发生水冷壁高温腐蚀的现状,分析导致高温腐蚀的原因,提出必须对新型燃烧器、侧边风技术、热喷涂技术等防腐措施加强研究、推广应用,并提出研发应用燃煤添加剂及专业助剂也是一项综合治理燃煤污染、高温腐蚀的廉价措施。

Abstract:The situation and causes of the high temperature corrosion of water-wall tubes in domestic large boilers burning inferior coal are analyzed. In view of the causes, some of the adopted preventive measures, such as new burner, technology of air running along the wall, and advanced thermal-spray technology are suggested to be deeply studied and widely applied. In addition, all kinds of coal-burning additives are required to be developed and widely applied, which is a beneficial measure in order to prevent coal combustion pollution and high temperature corrosion of water-wall tubes.
