| 摘 要： | 介绍了30t大轴重机车转向架轴箱体的设计,分析了轴箱体各部分结构功能特点。依据UIC615-4为载荷标准,确定了在计算分析时的载荷,并利用ANSYS Workbench计算了轴箱体静强度,用Goodman图校核了疲劳强度,计算分析结果表明,轴箱体的静强度及疲劳强度均满足要求。

| Abstract: | The article presents the design of the axle-box for bogie of big axle weight locomotive, and analyzes the function of axle-box’s parts. According to the standards of UIC615-4 for the load foundation, the load conditions in the analysis of the axle-box are determined. By using the ANSYS workbench, the static strength is calculated respectively. With the use of Goodman diagram, the fatigue strength is evaluated. The results shows that the static strength and fatigue strength of axle-box are suitable for the strength requirements. |
