萍乡新生代农民工现代远程培训现状调查

随着社会经济的快速发展以及对农民工综合素质要求的不断提高,当前农民工就业问题已经凸显出越来越严重的问题。对于新生代农民工来说,他们的年纪普遍较轻,具有一定的上网能力。这也为对新生代农民工进行现代远程培训提供了良好的条件。本文主要以萍乡市的新生代农民工为例,针对新生代农民工现代远程培训现状进行调查,通过对调查结果的统计,寻找萍乡新生代农民工现代远程培训存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。希望能有效提高萍乡新生代农民工现代远程培训的质量,提高新生代农民工的综合素质。

Research on the Current Situation of Remote Training on the Migrant Workers of New Generation in Pingxiang

With the quick development of economy and increasingly raising requirements on the comprehensive quality of migrant workers, the problem of migrant workers＇ employment has emerged. Generally, migrant workers of new generation are young and are able to use the Internet, which provides good foundation of remote training. A research was made on the current situation of remote training of migrant workers on the example of migrant workers of new generation in Pingxiang. By accounting the statistics from the research, the paper is to detect problems of training on the migrant workers of new generation and to provide countermeasures in the hope of improving the quality of remote training on migrant workers of new generation in Pingxiang so as to improve their comprehensive quality.
