摘    要:介绍了一种基于光电技术和数字图像处理技术计算干茧茧壳厚度的方法。通过在稳定的光强下对被检茧进行图像采集和分析处理,计算干茧茧壳图像灰度值的大小,应用数字图像处理软件推算出干茧茧壳厚度。该方法测量精度高,切实可行,为快速无损检测蚕茧质量奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:A calculation method for dried cocoon shell thickness based on photoelectric and image processing technology wasintroduced. The grey scale of dried cocoon shell image was calculated through images collection and analysis processing fortested cocoons under stable light intensity, and the shell thickness can be worked out by applying digital imaging processingsoftware. This method is feasible with high accuracy in measurement, establishing the theoretical basis for quick and non-destructive test of cocoon quality.
