临证治疗脾胃病心得

脾胃居于人体中焦,为后天之本,仓廪之官,气血生化之源,人体的五脏六腑,四肢百骸均赖脾胃所化生水谷精微的滋养;脾胃亦为人体气机升降斡旋的枢纽,居于中土之位,左为心肝,右为肺肾,脾升胃降,协调着其他各脏气机的升降,在脾胃的气机升降协调下,肝得疏泄,肺得宣降,心火肾水得以既济相交。如此,脾胃安则五脏健,五脏健则机体无恙。

Thought after studying of clinical treatment of spleen and stomach diseases

The spleen and stomach were the foundation of acquired constitution,locating in the middle-JIAO.They were the viscus linked to a barn and the source of generating qi and blood.The essence of water and grain produced by spleen and stomach may nourish five solid organs and six hollow organs,four limbs and bones of the human body.The spleen and stomach were also the key position of the ascending and descending of activities of Qi.Locating in the middle-JIAO their light side was heart and liver and the right side was lung and kidney.The spleen ascending and stomach descending could coordinate the ascending and descending of activities of Qi of other organs.Under the coordinating of the ascending or descending of the activity of Qi of spleen and stomach the liver could be sent or discharged and the lung be dispersed or lowered,heart fire and edema caused by the kidney disorders may be intersected each other.So the normality of spleen and stomach may keep the health condition of five viscera and the later may keep the body without abnormality.
