含镁皂石的合成与表征

摘    要:采用水热法合成出不同镁通过量的两种镁皂石,分别用羟基铝低聚物交联制得交联皂石。用XRD表征了样品的晶相,元素分析确定了样品的化学组成及结构式,同时采用程序升温脱附法(NH3-TPD)、吡啶脱附IR表征样品的酸量及表面酸类型。结果表明:制得的交联镁皂石晶相完整,有序度高。样品均有B酸和L酸中心,交联镁皂石表面L酸中心所占的份额大。

Abstract:Two kinds of Magnesium-saponites with different Mg content were synthesized by hydrothermal method.The cross-linked saponites were prepared by cross-linking with hydroxyl aluminum oligomer.The above samples were characterized by means of XRD,their chemical compositions and structure were determined through element analysis,the kind and amount of their surface acid were characterized by means of IR and NH_3-TPD.The results indicated that the cross-linked Mg-saponites made by this method had clear crystal phase and high ordered structure,and there were not only Bronsted acid sites,but also Lewis acid sites on the samples,and Lewis acid sites on the surface of the cross-linked Mg-saponite had a greater share of the acid sites.
