城市化进程中农村学校合作教育实习支教模式的研究与实践

师范生实习支教是我国改革教师教育专业教育实习制度的创新举措,是推进教师教育人才培养模式改革的产物。在明晰实习支教的概念和对城市化进程中农村学校的特点进行调查分析的基础上,围绕教育实习改革、实践性学习、合作教育等问题,提出了面向城市化进程中农村学校合作教育实习支教模式,并对广州大学近三年面向广州城市化进程中农村学校开展的实习支教进行了实践探索。

Research and Practice of Volunteer of Teaching Practice Mode in Rural School Cooperative Education Facing to the Process of the Urbanization

The volunteer of teaching practice of normal students is new measure of reforming China＇s teachers＇ educational practice system,also is the outcome to promote the talent training mode of teacher education reform.On the basis of clearing the concept of volunteer teaching practice and the investigation and analysis of the countryside school characteristics in the process of the urbanization,around the education practice reform,practical learning and cooperative education,the article put forward the volunteer teaching practice mode of the rural school cooperative education in the process of urbanization,and carried on the practice exploratory of volunteer teaching practice in the rural area of Guangzhou City facing in process of the urbanization in recent 3 years.
