丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效

目的观察丁苯酞氯化钠注射液(恩必普注射液)治疗脑梗死(CI)的临床疗效。方法入院脑梗死患者予以肠溶阿司匹林100 mg,每晚1次;阿托伐他汀钙40 mg,每晚1次,同时进行高压氧和系统康复治疗。丁苯酞氯化钠注射液组患者同时使用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液25 mg静脉滴注,每12小时1次,连续使用14 d,通过ESS评分、Glasgow评分和NIHSS评分比较疗效。结果丁苯酞氯化钠注射液组在治疗中神经功能改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗脑梗死有效。

Efficacy of dl-3n-butylphthalide injection on cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dl-3n-butylphthalide injection（NBP）on cerebral infarction.Methods Patients with cerebral infarction were treated with enteric-coated aspirin 100 mg and atorvastatin calcium 40 mg together per-night,hyperbaric oxygen and systemic convalescent care were given at the same time.Patients in dl-3n-butylphthalide group were given 25 mg of NBP injection 2 times a day during the 14-day treatment in addition.The effects were compared by European stroke scale（ESS）,National institutes of health stroke scale（NIHSS） and Glasgow coma scale.Results The neural function improvement of NBP injection group was supirior to that of control group,there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion NBP injection was effective for the treatment of cerebral infarction.
