广西农业科学院—柬埔寨水稻科技合作发展对策

摘    要:【目的】探讨广西农业科学院—柬埔寨水稻科技合作发展对策,以实现柬埔寨农业可持续发展,提高我国国际影响力,保障国际粮食安全。【方法】通过分析柬埔寨水稻生产发展优势和存在的问题及广西农业科学院与柬埔寨水稻科技的互补优势,提出广西农业科学院—柬埔寨水稻科技合作对策建议。【结果】柬埔寨水稻生产存在缺乏先进科学技术及创新能力、水稻产量低、品种退化严重、农田基本设施落后、栽培技术简单、管理模式粗放、农业加工体系落后、劳动力不足等问题。广西农业科学院具备雄厚的科研技术力量、水稻种质资源与品种丰富、栽培和加工技术等互补优势。【建议】广西农业科学院可在柬埔寨推行先进的技术和管理方式、建设水稻合作示范基地、加强与柬埔寨大米加工领域的合作等,以推动中柬农业合作进一步发展。

Abstract:Objective]Cooperation and development strategies for rice technologies between Cambodia and Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences(Nanning,China) were investigated and discussed in order to realize sustainable development of Cambodian agriculture,reinforcing China’s international role,and guarantee global rice security.Method]Corresponding strategies were put forward after analyzing advantages and various existing problems in Cambodian rice production as well as complementation between the two sides.Result]The problems in Cambodian rice production include lack of advanced science and technology,innovative researches,farmland infrastructure,planting techniques and labor problems,low rice yield,degeneration of rice varieties,extensive management model and backward agricultural processing system,which can be resolved by strengthening researches and adopting abundant rice varieties,leading planting and processing technologies from Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Conclusion]Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences will strengthen cooperation on rice processing in Cambodia and further push forward Sino-Cambodian agricultural collaboration by introducing advanced technologies,management methods,and building rice demonstration base in Cambodia.
