汽车侧围门槛加强板侧壁弯曲控制方法及模具设计

摘    要:介绍了侧壁弯曲的基本形式,阐述了阶梯形状控制、加强筋控制及工艺控制3种典型的控制侧壁弯曲的方法,并以汽车侧围门槛加强板为例,用有限元法加以了说明验证,设计了模具.

Abstract:The major shape of side wall curl is described,and three kinds control methods for side wall curl are introduced: step flange line,strengthening rib and technology control.And with the automobile side door sill strength panel for example,the control methods were demonstrated using finite element method(FEM).At last,the die is designed.
