黄芪人参陈皮四物汤用于肺癌放疗后临床观察

目的探究黄芪人参陈皮四物汤对肺癌患者放疗后T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的影响。方法选择铁岭市中心医院2018年8月—2020年2月收治的接受放疗的肺癌患者72例,随机分为2组,各36例。对照组予以放疗方案,试验组在对照组的基础上予以黄芪人参陈皮四物汤口服,2组患者均予以2周治疗。治疗结束后对比分析2组临床疗效、血清炎性细胞因子、免疫功能及不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺水平升高,NK细胞水平降低;与对照组相比,试验组CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺水平较高(P<0.05),NK细胞水平较低,2组治疗前后CD8⁺相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论黄芪人参陈皮四物汤应用于肺癌患者放疗后,能够调节T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞水平,降低不良反应发生率。

The Application of Huangqi Renshen Chenpi Siwu Decoction in Patients with Lung Cancer after Radiotherapy

Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Renshen Chenpi Siwu decoction on T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in patients with lung cancer after radiotherapy.Methods 72 patients with lung cancer who received radiotherapy in Tieling Central Hospital from August 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiotherapy,and the experimental group was given Huangqi Renshen Chenpi Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory cytokines,immune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺n the two groups were increased,and the level of NK cells was decreased.Compared with the control group,the levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺in the experimental group were higher (P<0.05),and the level of NK cells was lower in the experimental group,and there was no significant difference in CD8⁺between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Renshen Chenpi Siwu decoction can regulate the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
