中西医结合护理措施干预癌性疼痛临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合护理措施干预癌性疼痛的临床效果。方法将80例癌痛患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组进行常规护理西医护理措施,观察组在对照组护理基础上行中医护理干预。观察2组患者NRS疼痛评分,生活质量评分(QOL)。结果治疗后观察组患者NRS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者QOL生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理措施不仅缓解患者癌痛症状,还能有效提高其生活质量,减轻患者一定的心理负担,值得在临床中推广。

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in the Intervention of Cancer Pain

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention on cancer pain. Methods 80 patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases). The control group was given routine nursing and western medicine nursing measures,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. NRS pain score and quality of life score(QOL)were observed. Results After treatment,NRS pain score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05). QOL quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing measures can not only relieve the symptoms of cancer pain,but also effectively improve the quality of life,reduce the psychological burden of patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
