| 摘 要： | 采用Unigraphics.NX4.0建立了等径角挤压的几何模型,使用有限元软件DEFORM—3D对铝合金6062在不同摩擦因数、不同挤压速度下的ECAP过程进行模拟。获得相应的载荷时间曲线、等效应力应变分布、速度场分布和挤压后晶粒分布,并进行分析,为以后的研究提供理论指导。 |

| Abstract: | The Unigraphics.NX4.0 was used to built up the model of ECAP.With the help of finite element method analysis software DEFORM—3D,we get the load-time curve,the distribution of equivalent stress,the distribution of equivalent strain,the distribution of velocity and analyze the distribution of the grain at various punch speeds and with different friction factor between workpiece and die.It provides the theory for future research. |
