摘    要:文章论述了低色温高显色性白光LED的制备方法及其发展现状与趋势,重点分析了低色温高显色性白光LED的光色电参数.并指出了低色温高显色性白光LED制备技术的难点。同时制备了瓦级大功率白光LED,其显色性高达93,经过1,000小时老化后,色温出现漂移,显色指数仍高于83。

Abstract:This article discusses the preparation methods and the development of white LED with low color temperature and high color rendering index, focusing on analysis of photochromic parameters of this white LED, and pointing out the difficult preparation technology on this white LED. Watt-level high-power white LED is preparated, its color is as high as 93. After 1,000 hours aging, the color temperature drifts, however, the color rendering index is still above 83.
