TDP灯热疗对结核性渗出性胸膜炎临床疗效的影响

目的探讨抗结核治疗联合TDP灯热疗对结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者临床疗效的影响。方法将78例结核性胸膜炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。对照组接受标准抗结核治疗、胸腔穿刺抽液及护理,观察组在此基础上予以TDP灯局部热疗60min。观察并记录两组抽液总量、胸膜厚度、粘连发生率及治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗30d后,在胸膜厚度、粘连发生率、治疗有效率、治疗满意度等方面比较,差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）,观察组治疗有效率、满意度均高于对照组,而胸膜粘连发生率则低于对照组。结论抗结核治疗联合TDP灯热疗可减轻结核性渗出性胸膜炎患者胸膜肥厚度、降低胸膜粘连发生率及提高患者治疗满意度。

Heat effect of TDP light on tuberculous exadative pleurisy

Objective To explore the heat effect of TDP light on tuberculous pleurisy.Methods 78 tuberculous exadative pleurisy patients were equally randomized into two groups：control group and observation group.The control group received standard anti-tuberculosis treatment and thoracentesis to draw out the pleural fluid ;the observation group received 60 minutes local thermotherapy with TDP light beside the management in the control group.The pleural thickness,the incidence of the pleural adhesions and the total amount of drawn pleural effusion and the therapeutic effect were recorded and compared between the control group and the observation group.Results After one month＇ s treatment,the pleural thickness between the control group and the observation group was significant difference（P0.05）.The incidence of the pleural adhesions in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The heat effect of TDP light can alleviate pachynsis pleurae,lower the rate of the pleural adhesions and increase the satisfaction rate of the patients.
