打桩船功率匹配及恒张力控制液压系统的设计与仿真

摘    要:结合中交二航局筹建的110 m打桩船的动力配置和技术参数,完成该打桩船功率匹配及恒张力控制液压系统的设计。基于AMESim仿真软件平台,建立打桩船移船绞车液压回路和桩架变幅液压回路的综合仿真模型,并进行系统数值仿真和分析。结果表明:所设计的系统能简化液压设备的管道配置,且具有功率利用合理、沉桩定位准确和安全可靠等特点,可为110 m打桩船的研制及国内其他大型打桩船的改造提供参考依据。

Abstract:The piling ship is important equipment for underwater pile foundation engineering. Its application is of great significance to the engineering development of China"s inland river, the exploitation and utilization of marine resources and the maintenance of marine interests. Depended on the dynamic configuration and technical parameters of the 110m piling ship constructed preparedly by CCCC second harbour engineering company Ltd., it has been finished to the design on the hydraulic system with the power match and constant tension control function. Based on the AMESim simulation software, this paper establishes theSsimulation models of the hydraulic circuit of the winches for ship moving and pile frame amplitude of variation, and the numerical simulation and analysis on the system are carried out. The results show that the designed system can simplify the pipeline configuration of hydraulic equipment, and has the characteristics of reasonable power utilization, accurate positioning of pile and stability and security. The results obtained can provide an important reference for the development of 110m piling ship and the transformation of other large piling ships in China.
