降糖宁胶囊联合门冬胰岛素在2型糖尿病患者中的临床效果及对血糖波动的影响研究

目的探讨降糖宁胶囊联合门冬胰岛素在2型糖尿病患者中的临床效果及对血糖波动的影响。方法选择2018年5月—2019年6月2型糖尿病患者92例,随机数字表法分为两组,每组46例。对照组采用门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合降糖宁胶囊治疗,两组均完成6个月治疗,比较两组血糖水平、胰岛β细胞功能及不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗后6个月FPG、2 hPG及HbAlc水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6个月FPG、2 hPG及HbAlc水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中低血糖、免疫系统失调、肝肾功能异常、视觉异常及头晕嗜睡发生率差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论降糖宁胶囊联合门冬胰岛素用于2型糖尿病患者中发挥良好的降糖效果,能提高机体胰岛β细胞功能,安全性较高。

The Clinical Effect of Jiangtangning Capsule Combined with Insulin Aspart in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Its Influence on Blood Glucose Fluctuation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiangtangning capsule combined with insulin aspart in patients with type 2 diabetes and its influence on blood glucose fluctuation.Methods A total of 92 patients with type 2 diabetes from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,each with 46 cases.The control group was treated with insulin aspart,and the observation group was treated with Jiangtangning capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups completed 6 months of treatment.The blood glucose level,pancreaticβcell function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc in the two groups were lower than before treatment at 6 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 6 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of hypoglycemia,immune system disorders,abnormal liver and kidney function,abnormal vision,and dizziness and sleepiness during the treatment of the group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiangtangning capsule combined with insulin aspart can exert a good hypoglycemic effect in patients with type 2 diabetes.It can improve the function of pancreatic isletβ-cells.
