循证护理干预联合穴位贴敷在血液透析动静脉内瘘术的应用及生活质量的影响

目的研究探讨循证护理干预联合穴位贴敷在血液透析动静脉内瘘术的应用及生活质量的影响。方法搜集2018年3月—2020年3月期间医院收治的血液透析患者92例为研究对象随机分为两组,各46例。两组均进行血液透析动静脉内瘘术治疗,对照组术后进行穴位贴敷治疗,观察组采用循证护理干预联合穴位贴敷治疗干预。对两组的动静脉内瘘术的手术效果、并发症发生率、生活质量评分、护理干预满意度等进行统计对比。结果观察组瘘口内径、血流均高于对照组,内瘘成熟时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为8.69%(4/46),低于对照组患者为26.09%(12/46)(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为93.47%(43/46),高于对照组患者为76.09%(35/46)(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预联合穴位贴敷在血液透析动静脉内瘘术的应用效果良好,能够改善患者的瘘口内径和血流量,加快患者的内瘘成熟时间,降低患者的相关并发症发生率,改善患者的生活质量和护理满意度,有较高的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广应用。

Application of Evidence-based Nursing Intervention Combined with Acupoint Application in Hemodialysis Arteriovenous Fistula and Its Influence on Quality of Life

Objective To study the application of evidence-based nursing intervention combined with acupoint application in hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula operation and its influence on quality of life.Methods Ninety-two hemodialysis patients in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.Two groupswere treated with hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula.The control group was treated with acupoint application after operation,and the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing intervention combined with acupoint application therapy.The operation effect,complication rate,quality of life score and nursing intervention satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The fistula diameter and blood flow of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the mature time of the internal fistula was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.69%(4/46),which was lower than that in the control group(26.09%,12/46)(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 93.47%(43/46),which was higher than 76.09%(35/46)of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention combined with acupoint application in hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula is good,which can improve the fistula diameter and blood flow of patients,accelerate the maturation time of internal fistula,reduce the incidence of related complications,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of further promotion and application.
