低低温电除尘及高效电源协同烟气处理技术的应用 |

摘 要: | 为研究低低温电除尘及高效电源协同烟气处理技术的应用效果,以一循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,通过试验方法,对协同烟气处理技术投运前后烟气中的粉尘颗粒特性及排放质量浓度进行了测量及对比,并对该技术投运后的经济性进行了分析。结果表明:协同烟气处理技术投运后,机组排放的粉尘质量浓度由49.5 mg/m3降低至10.7 mg/m3,可显著提高除尘器的除尘效率;可降低机组供电标煤耗2.835 g/(kW·h),年节煤量1473.5 t;可进一步减少CO2,SO2,NOx及粉尘等污染物的排放;可节约用电160 kW·h/h,每年节约电量6.16×105 kW·h。

Abstract: | For studying the application effect of the lower temperature electrostatic precipitator combined with the efficient power flue gas treatment technology,taking a CFD boiler as the object,the particle properties and dust emission mass concentration before and after the operation was measured by using testing method.This paper calculated the application economical efficiency.The result showed that after its application,the dust emission mass concentration of this unit was depressed from 49.5 mg/m3 to 10.7 mg/m3,the dust emission efficiency improved markedly;the consumption of standard coal was reduced by up to 2.835 g/(kW·h),1473.5 t coal was saved each year;CO2,SO2,NOx、dust emission was deeply depressed;160 kW·h/h electricity was saved,6.16×105 kW·h electricity was saved each year. |
