| Abstract: | the Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Party has guided the practices of deepening the reform of the cultural system and developing socialist culture.Local governments and literature and art circles must make clear the relationships bewteen literary creation and culture industry,seize the opportunity,promote the development of the culture industry and quicken the step of strengthening the city by culture. |
