摘    要:第三方煤炭检验机构在煤炭贸易中是不可缺少的重要角色,出具的检验结果将直接影响贸易双方利益。煤炭检验过程中的质量管控是确保检验过程规范性以及结果准确性的重要手段,亦可影响第三方检验机构的企业发展和品牌维护。作为传统行业,第三方煤炭检验机构一直遵循沿用的传统质量管控方式已经不能充分满足贸易双方对检验过程和检验结果的多元化需求,质量管控方式有待创新。依托现有科学和技术手段进行新型质量管控方式探索,为第三方煤炭检验机构的质量管控工作提供参考,更好保障煤炭检验的工作质量。

Abstract:The third-party coal quality inspection institution is an indispensable and important role in the coal trade. The inspection results issued by the third-party coal quality inspection institution will directly affect both sides of the trade. The quality control in the coal quality inspection process can ensure the standardization of the inspection process and the accuracy of the results, and affect the development of third-party inspection institutions and brand maintenance. As a traditional industry, the traditional quality control methods that the third-party coal quality inspection institutions have been following cannot fully meet the diversified demands of the trading parties for inspection process and inspection results, and the quality control methods need to be innovated. Based on the existing science and technology and technical means to explore new ways of quality control, provide reference for the quality control work of third-party coal quality inspection institutions, and better guarantee the work quality of coal quality inspection.
