摘    要:为了确定在考虑邻近采空区上覆煤岩体自重作用下煤柱最大塑性区宽度,采用理论推导、数值模拟以及现场监测三者相结合的方法,通过考虑采空区上覆煤岩体成拱效应,确定出煤柱受力,对煤柱进行弹塑性分析,得出煤柱最大塑性区宽度理论计算式;根据玉华煤矿工程条件,采用ANSYS模拟采深为500 m和600 m,采高为4、5、6、7 m的煤柱最大塑性区宽度,并对玉华煤矿2410工作面回风巷道护巷煤柱的最大塑性区进行监测。研究结果表明:在中等采高时,煤柱最大塑性区宽度的理论计算结果、数值模拟和现场监测结果一致。研究结果给出了中等采高时煤柱最大塑性区宽度的理论计算式,可为留设煤柱宽度设计提供依据。

Abstract:In order to determine the maximum plastic zone width of coal pillar under the action of self-weight of overlying coal rock mass near the goaf, the method of combining theoretical derivation, numerical simulation and on-site monitoring was adopted.By considering the arching effect of overlying coal rock mass in the goaf, the elastic-plastic analysis of coal pillar was carried out.According to the engineering conditions of Yuhua Coal Mine, the ANSYS simulation mining depth was 500 m and 600 m, the mining height was 4 m, 5 m, 6 m and 7 m, and the maximum plastic zone of coal pillar in the roadway of Yuhua 2410 working face was monitored. The results show that the results of theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field monitoring of the maximum plastic zone width of coal pillar are consistent. The theoretical formula of the maximum plastic zone width of coal pillar in medium mining height is given, which can provide the basis for the design of coal pillar width.
