摘    要:阳煤五矿选煤厂小于13 mm粒级末原煤不分选,由于灰分高、发热量低,需要将全部水洗块精煤掺入末原煤才能满足精煤产品发热量大于21.34 MJ/kg的质量要求,降低了选煤厂的洗选效益。对末煤可选性研究表明,高分选密度下末原煤可选性为易选和中等可选,可以采用干法分选。干选模拟计算和工业化生产结果均表明,小于13 mm末原煤采用干法排矸,可以大幅提高和稳定精煤发热量,又能避免水洗产生煤泥的问题。末煤干选系统自2020年9月投入运行后,精煤产品发热量满足市场质量要求,块精煤可单独销售而不再掺配,选煤厂经济效益显著提高。

The industrial application of dry separation process of fine coal at Yang coal five mine

Abstract:The yang coal five mine factory is not sorting out the raw coal of less than 13mm.Due to high ash,low heat,we need to penetrate all the washing fine coal into raw coal before satisfying the requirement that fine coal products are are larger than 21.34 MJ/kg in quantity and lower the washing selection efficiency of Coal Preparation Plant.The fine coal selection study shows that the fine coal selectivity under the high sorting density is easy to select and medium to select which can adopt the dry separation process.The dry separation stimulation computing and industrial production result shows that the fine coal of less than 13mm adopts dry waste disposal,which can largely heighten and stabilize the heat of coal as well as avoid the problem of slime due to water-washing.After the fine coal dry separation system has been running into operation in September,the heating amount of fine coal product satisfies the requirement of market quality that the lump clean coal can lonely sell not penetrating any more and the economic efficiency has obviously been heightened for Coal Preparation Plant.
