特厚煤层综放工作面瓦斯治理技术

摘    要:为了确保矿井生产安全,针对同忻矿8113综放工作面瓦斯浓度较高,制约矿井生产安全问题,研究采取高位瓦斯巷抽采、强化采面通风管理、改进采煤工艺以及煤层注水等措施,对工作面瓦斯进行治理。回风巷、上隅角位置瓦斯浓度分别降低至0.48%、0.71%,较治理前分别下降22.5%、23.7%,取得显著的瓦斯治理效果。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of mine production,in view of the high concentration of gas in the 8113 fully mechanized caving face of Tongxin Mine,which restricts the safety of mine production,measures such as high gas roadway drainage,strengthening ventilation management,improving coal mining technology and coal seam water injection are studied to control the gas in the working face.The gas concentration in the return airway and the upper corner was reduced to 0.48% and 0.71%,respectively,which were 22.5% and 23.7% lower than before treatment,and a significant gas treatment effect was achieved.
