| 摘 要： | 针对陈四楼煤矿二十采区回风下山岩巷掘进排矸问题,通过优化出矸工艺,规划辅助巷道,改进排矸设备,形成了一套"胶带输送机+转载矸石仓"的胶带连续排矸及"挖掘装载机+皮带机+分矸装置+矿车"的轨道连续排矸相组合的两用排矸系统,根据不同的条件选择适用的排矸系统,从而实现快速高效不间断连续排矸。

| Abstract: | In view of Chensilou Coal Mine 20 mining area return wind downhill rock roadway drivage gangue question,by optimizing the gangue discharging process,planning the auxiliary roadway,and improving the equipment for gangue discharging,a set of "belt conveyor + transshipment gangue bin" belt was formed to continuously discharge gangue and the track of "excavating loader + belt conveyor + parting device + harvester" continuously discharges gangue dual purpose gangue drainage system with phase combination,the suitable gangue discharging system is selected according to different conditions so as to achieve rapid and efficient continuous discharging of gangue. |
