Abstract:Abstract: Objective This paper intends to establish an automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the blood lipid of Apo E- / - mice fed with high-fat diet, so as to provide an accurate and reliable evaluation method for the follow-up anti AS research. Method Apo E- / - mice were fed with high-fat diet for 6 weeks. Blood samples were collected from orbital venous plexus to prepare serum for testing. After diluted with normal saline for 4, 6, 8 and 10 times, four items of blood lipid were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Result After 6 weeks of high-fat diet, the cholesterol content in the serum of mice was too high and needed to be diluted to obtain accurate data. Through dilution measurement and repeated measurement experiments, it is recommended to use 8-fold dilution as the best dilution condition for detecting serum lipid content. Conclusion The automatic biochemical analyzer needs to properly dilute the serum to determine the blood lipids of mice. The method is simple and feasible, and the data is true and reliable.
